1. Digital Products Policy

Since RRsoft LLC provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we generally do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product/license key is sent.

As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We honor requests for a refund only in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us.
  • Major defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. You must notify us within 7 days.
  • Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our support team within 7 days from the date of the purchase.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We expect you to contact our support team for help if you experience any difficulties downloading or activating your digital products before requesting a refund.
